The Academy of Feminine Spirituality's Mission
The Academy of Feminine Spirituality exists to restore earth and body-based feminine wisdom as a living spiritual and cultural practice. AOFS is a space of education and initiation where spirituality is lived through the body, shaped by relationship to land, and informed by ancestry, ritual and myth. Central to our work is remembrance: women remembering and re-inhabiting the disrupted spiritual traditions of their European ancestors. We understand feminine spirituality not as an aesthetic or belief system, but as a way of knowing that leads to ethical leadership and cultural responsibility. Our work is rooted in earth wisdom and ancestral memory, taught through communal learning, and guided by deep care for integrity, feminine leadership and continuity across generations.

1. Spirituality
Foundational to AOFS is the idea that the disappearance of the Goddess and feminine spirituality has kept women's spiritual inheritance from them. This work reconnects women to feminine spirituality.
2. Embodiment
Whereas masculine spirituality and religious doctrine teaches us to shame and escape the body, at AOFS we centre embodiment, body-based wisdom and somatics are doorways to wisdom, health and truth.
3. Leadership
Feminine Leadership is an antidote to the outdated, dominating ways of leadership and is rooted in sane, consensual and embodied approaches. We look to our female ancestors for inspiration around feminine leadership.
4. Earth Wisdom
When we trace the history of suppressed feminine spirituality we find earth-based wisdom. Our people once honoured the earth as Great Mother. AOFS meets the earth through ritual, history and folk herbalism.

These 8 keys sit at the heart of all the Academy's offerings.
5. Womb Wisdom
Womb wisdom is the red thread that reaches through our mother line. Our womb is where two great female powers live: menstruation and sexuality. AOFS meets the womb with cyclical living, steaming, pelvic work and herbalism.
6. The Feminine
The Feminine Principle guides AOFS. Our work is about restoring the wild, sacred feminine to Her rightful place at the centre of the culture; healing sister wounds; and honouring the Mother-Goddess.
7. Ancestors
Many women of European descent have been severed from their ancestral traditions, leaving them spiritually unmoored. AOFS seeks to reconnect women with their ancestral inheritance with reverence.
8. Initiation
At AOFS, students are initiated into embodied wisdom. These rites of passage are honoured as pivotal markers in a woman’s life, shaping spiritual authority, responsibility and continuity across generations.
