The Vision
Serifos: Greece's Hidden Jewel
The beaches are unspoilt. You’ll find long sweeps of golden sand and sheltered turquoise coves. Even in high summer, it’s still possible to find a quiet patch of shoreline that feels private. Our location is Perma Serifos, listed in Conde Nast's Top 100 Hotels, featured in Vogue and a truly breathing space: private, 5 minutes walk from the nudist-friendly beach and a 2-hour ferry ride away from Athens' ports.
Serifos is a Cycladic island that hasn't yet been discovered by the crowds. It is still untamed. Its landscape is rugged and elemental, with wind-carved hills, tawny rock and wide open horizons dropping into impossibly clear Aegean water. Compared to its busier neighbours, Serifos has held on to a raw, spacious beauty that invites you to slow down and breathe a little deeper. Here, there is the feeling of having been let into a secret.
Our Home on Serifos
For 7 days we live at Perma Serifos. The retreat consists of minimalistic architecture and design that is at one with the landscape. Designed by the acclaimed Mold Architects it blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings. A sanctuary of comfort and serenity, crafted from reclaimed stone and sustainable materials, its cavernous spaces are submerged into the natural tapestry, opening up to the wilderness and the infinite blue of the Aegean. Opened in 2025 and featured in Vogue and Conde Nast, Perma Serifos has not yet become overhyped. I'm excited to be hosting one of the first women's retreats at the location.

We will work with a sacred plant of the land in a ceremony
on our fourth morning after practice and brunch.
This ceremony is intentionally inspired by rites at Greece's Eleusis and Dream Temples.
After 3 days of preparation, we enter the ceremony with the intention of rebirthing into the next phase of our leadership.
Our ceremony will be supported by the earth, sea, music and me as your guide with years of experience in working with this plant.
On Greek islands we walk in the footsteps of our priestess foremothers. The earth, sea and sky holds their memory.

Miriam’s retreat is a dream! It brought a lot of goodness into my life; slowness, nurturing, friendship. I've been hosting women's retreats since 2016 at sacred sites around the world. Bringing women walking the feminine spiritual path to gather in places of breathtaking beauty and ancient history enacts seismic shifts in the lives of my guests.
