The Academy of Feminine Spirituality's Mission
The Academy of Feminine Spirituality exists to restore earth and body-based European feminine wisdom as a living spiritual practice. AOFS is a space of education and initiation where spirituality is lived through the body, shaped by relationship to land and informed by ancestry, ritual and myth. Women remembering and re-inhabiting the disrupted spiritual traditions of their European ancestors sits at the centre of our work. AOFS is rooted in earth wisdom and ancestral memory and guided by deep care for integrity, feminine leadership and reverence for the feminine, women, girls and the earth.

Dream Priestess is a free workshop exploring how ritualised sleep, dream incubation and sacred rest were used across ancient Europe as ways to seek healing and insight. We'll examine archaeological sites and classical texts, discuss sacred plants for dreaming and practice a 30-minute sacred rest journey, called 'Dreaming at Brigid's Well'.

My body of work, created over more than a decade of teaching, revolves around the reclamation of feminine wisdom. Through trainings, courses and retreats, I guide women home to their bodies, the womb, the earth and deep feminine consciousness.
